He was then transferred to torchwood 3 a month before the cybermen attack.

Personality: Stefan is a smart ass. He is a easy guy to get along with as long as you dont have a six pack and look dashing in tight jeans. When on a mission he keeps his cool. He is very professional when it comes to his work but that doesn't stop him from having fun while he is there. But When you first meet him he is normally introverted and can become introverted easily.

Good Points: He is a loyal member any team he is on and keeps his cool in battle. He never gets angry at people unless they do something wrong. His philosophy is what happens happens what he need to do is look at the man now.

Bad Points: When he gets angry he gets angry. He is also introverted uless he trusts the person he is talking to.

Special Powers: Stefan was born with 3 powers. The first one is that his eyes will match his mood. They are his own personal mood rings. He has spent years trying to keep it undercontroll and maintain a steady ice blue color to his eyes. However when he is put under extream stress or pleasure his eyes will change accordingly.
The second is that He can walk through a persons mind. He does not enjoy nor dose he use this power a lot. Only when he is commanded to by his superiors. This power was one of the things that were causing both UNIT and Torchwood to employ him in the first place. He has been mistaken for a alien many times due to this ability along with his eyes.
The third is he can read auras. When he wants to he can tell if a person means harm or not just by looking at the color of there aura.

All these power stem from his mind. He was born very bright. Doctors have still yet to figure out what causes his abilities. Stefan belives it is because he can use more of his brain then a normal human. They call it a deformity in his brain but he knows that it is most likely evolution taking its natural course.

Character History and Other information

Stefan was born on the outskirts of London. His mother and father Reana and Joseph were refuges from Romania. They wanted a better life for there son so they gathered up as much money as they could and moved to the UK. The birth was complicated Stefan came a month early but to everyones surprise was completely healthy.

Joseph got a job working at a small law firm and Reana was a stay at home mother. She took very good care of her son. At around 6 months old Stefans parents relised that his eyes would change color when he was hungry, tired, sad, or angry. Just about every emotion you could think of had a color to it. They got worried and took him to the doctors. While they were there brain scans showed that his brain was working at a slightly higher level of efficiency. He stated that that might be causing the anomaly.

When Stefan started school He realized that the fact that his eyes changed was a bad thing. He would constently get made fun of for it. He worked for months to keep it under controll. He managed years later to maintain one color contently but being a child at the time he still could not control it. Due to his active brain he absorbed information a lot quicker then his fellow classmates. He was soon promoted to the 3rd grade. By the time he was 15 He had already started University.

Around that time one of his other powers began to show itself. He would look around him and see auras. He could sense what a person truly wanted to say or truly meant. This power unlike his eyes was easily controlled and harbored no serious effect on him.

He started to study ancient history in University. Later getting involved in the archeology program at the University of Oxford. He started to notice strange things all throughout history. He began to dig in his free time around looking for things on aliens. Also this weird blue box and the man that kept appearing through history.

On his 18th birthday his final power came to him. He didnt know what he was doing but his boyfriend at the time grabbed his hand and next thing Stefan knew he was walking through his boyfriends memories. He had found out that he was cheating on him and broke it off right then and there. This power is easily controlled and caused him no problems except for the first time. He does not like using this power but will if there is need for it.

When he finished his doctorates in archeology at uni he began working harder on his studies of aliens. He dug a little to deep and UNIT got ahold of him. He made a deal with them (not that he had a choice) that he would work for torchwood. One month before torchwood 1 went through there battle with the cybermen he was transferred to torchwood 3.

He works on the field with torchwood as well as cataloging and archiving artifacts. He also works in the technical side a great deal.
