The return of a Dalek

As a bright light appeard in an alleyway, a Black figure suddenly appeared there from thin air. After a while the light dissapeard as only the figure stood there. A man smoking a cigerette had seen this and was startled. He approached down the black and shadow filled alleyway even more. "H-hello?" The man asked squinting at the figure. "What just happened, WHO IS THERE?!" The man spoke fearfully. Suddenly, a small blue light appeared, it swerved to be facing the man. The man gave it an odd look. "That doesn't look as human as the rest of us!" Just then the figure spoke.
"You have identified yourself as a-human!" It paused for a second. "Intelligence shows that you are HOSTILE!" The figure smoothly slid into a light spot in the alleyway. It was black, had bumps/spots on it, a what seemed to be sucker and a laser gun. The man quivered and stood back, scared out of his hair. "All Hostiles will be EXTERMINATED!!!"
A scream was heard in the alley, as it flashed in there, passers by were horrified and ran. Some looked in secretly, then ran off in fear.The ciggerette dropped to the floor, slowly. With his last breath the man said "Who...Are....You?"
The figure replied:

"I AM DALEK SEC!!!"

Captain Jack was sitting in his officewhen he heard a bleeping go off in the hub, he sighed and went overto the compuer to see what was happening. He checked the CCTV and saw Dalek Sec, he swore to himself and ran to the location, holding his revolver. Even if it didn't do damage, he couldn't exacultly die anyway. Jack walked over to Dalek Sec, smiling "Top evening isn't it?"

Gwen soon arrived after in the SUV, her glocker fully loaded as she saw the Dalek. "JACK!" She shouted over, it send shivers down her spine and ran through the alley so only he could see. She frowned and re-loaded her gun.

Jacks heart pounded in his chest when he saw Gwen, she could get killed. "Gwen get out of here!" He said in a calm voice "Guns don't do any damage!" He raised his voice slightly.

"No, Im not leaving Jack-..What about you..Youve just got a gun." She said as she stood in the alley so the Dalek couldn't see.

"Yes, but I can't die!" He shouted "Now go!" He turned his attention back to the Dalek 'How did it even survive?' He thought to himself.
