He hid the fact that all the pills he sold made people take overdoses..(I cant be bothered to explain what happens to people >< You know slow decay....)

He knew she wouldnt be dead..just dying...the alien inside her was slowly eating away at her..thats how come everyone was getting so slim from the tablets.
